1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name, email address, and password. We also collect the portfolio content you upload, including project details, images, bio, and social links. Payment information is collected by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Service, render your public portfolio, process subscription payments, send transactional emails (such as password resets and receipts), respond to support requests, and improve the Service over time. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use a first-party authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We also use PostHog to collect anonymous product analytics that help us understand how the Service is used. PostHog captures page views, feature usage, and error events. You can opt out of analytics tracking through your browser’s do-not-track setting or by disabling analytics in our cookie banner.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver parts of the Service:

  • Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Resend for transactional email delivery.
  • AWS S3 for storage of uploaded images and generated thumbnails.
  • PostHog for product analytics and feature usage metrics.
  • Vercel for application hosting and custom domain routing.

Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy and industry-standard security practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your portfolio and associated content are removed from our production database within 30 days. Backups containing deleted data are purged on a rolling 90-day schedule. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for aggregate analytics.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update profile information and delete your account directly from your dashboard settings. If you reside in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (such as the EU or California), you may exercise those rights by contacting us.
